1. Acknowledging instead of struggle
Denying any part—
• within yourself
• in others
• in the world
—creates a blind spot.
Phrases like:
• «that’s not me»
• «I don’t do that»
• «that isn’t in me»
—do not eliminate the phenomenon; instead, they cause you to lose your bearings.
Acknowledging it restores wholeness.
Even if it involves:
• anger
• judgment
• fear
• contradiction
Acknowledgment does not equal approval.
It means taking the remote control back into your own hands.
2. The truth is you navigation
Truth here is not about morality.
Nor is it about blurting out whatever comes to mind.
Truth is alignment with oneself in the moment.

• do not play the role of «how things ought to be»

There are forms of interaction that destroy the playing field and are not supported by OverSees.
1. Humiliation and Insult
Any actions that humiliate a person, devalue their dignity, subjectivity, or right to safely be present on the field.
This is not a boss or a provocation. It is a destruction of the playing field. This form of interaction is incompatible with flight safety.
2. Avoiding Responsibility
Hiding behind a role to avoid responsibility for your words and actions and deny their consequences doesn’t work.
You are free to make any move. The field is free to respond to it. And if you’ve already made a move, there’s no point in running away from it; it’s more interesting to explore both the move itself and its consequences.
3. Smoking in the restroom 🚭
Yes, both literally and metaphorically.
🚭 Smoking in the restroom is prohibited.
If you have fire—go out into the open field.
If you have anger—make a scene out of it.
If you want to troll—troll honestly, looking people in the eye.
Underhanded schemes, passive-aggression, and «I was just saying that» are not part of the Game.
Smoke openly, not on the sly—that is the honesty of being yourself.
Not:
• under the table
• in private messages
• in a whisper
• with «just saying» venom
But:
• on stage
• on camera
• with your name attached
• taking responsibility for the smoke
If you:
• are angry—be angry out loud
• are trolling—troll with style
• are provoking—step up like a boss
• have doubts—ask a question
• disagree—argue, don’t undermine
